We're Going On A Leaf Hunt!

Inspired by the book....

Pre-K went on a leaf hunt! 

Stopped for some silly selfies!

Everyone say cheese!

We explored nature and collected so many leaves!

                                               All different shapes, sizes and colors!

We brought our leaves back to the classroom.

The next day, we investigated leaves by sorting through them and trying to match them!

There were lots of oak and maple leaves!

Each student chose their favorite leaf ...

and came up with 2 words to describe it.

For example: My leaf is big and read. 

Learning how to "read to self" and take care of our books!

SO much fun and learning going on in room 204!
