For Chinese New Year, Pre-K read books and watched videos about the tradition of this holiday. We had fun making fierce dragon puppets to scare away bad luck, dragon placemats, parading around school, and learning about the animals of the Chinese Zodiac! This year is the year of the rooster. We practiced saying Gung Hay Fat Choy (Have a happy and prosperous New Year)!
