We read Ten Grouchy Groundhogs along with a couple of other groundhog books and learned what Groundhog Day was all about! This is a silly countdown book that tells a story about groundhogs who can't wait for winter to end so they could get out of their den! After reading, we wanted to make our predictions whether it was going to be an early spring or longer winter!

Predictions are in.....more votes for YES, the groundhog will see its shadow!

We were right...the groundhog saw its shadow...longer winter! We looked to Punxsutawney Phil for his expertise!
